I hear people complaining about these "chills" with TDA in many other penny stocks I've been in too. I would suggest moving to a different broker. I'm with Fidelity, and never have any of these issues. Flat $7.95 trade regardless of quantity bought or sold with no other commissions or fees. It's starting to warm up here boys. Only a matter of time until boiling point is reached...
