Unless you can specifically point out what exact policy that the re election has an impact on Broker Dealers and or a cause that occured today that should result in a large sell off, there is nothing to support such an action. Retail is dumping shares in the broader market due to continued policies or no change in policies.

Instituions however are not changing their strategies and what little retail there are in KCG have minimal effect on it's daily price swings.
