I'm sure you are right brad S.

My only issue is, given the latitude granted the "dark side" to lie, make stuff up, or express legitimate "opinions," the rest of us should be able to at least count on the TOS.

The TOS are neutral, and either side should be able to hide behind them with equal protection.
