Unfortunately as much as the little guy would like to see KCG face the music, they will ultimately walk away unscathed. I know people will point to the 440m figure but in the scope of things it is a mere drop in the bucket for NITE. Nitwit is probably right and yes KCG will go back up, a testament to another government sanctioned scam allowed to continue so pockets can stay lined and new shareholders will feel all warm fuzzy. Just remember karma is a bitch it won't catch these crooks now but it will catch them. After all no matter how much the cheese stinks, what's a few hundred million dollars between friends.
