Hey, here's something bound to get the conspiracy enthusiasts in a tizzy:

Wonder if they have funds in the budget for a blow dryer? Put up a clothes line in the broiler room, and clothes pin the certificates up for a blow dry. Of course you have to drain the broiler room first.
