It's not like there is any competition for that spot. All the other prophylactic drugs are now generic, and the triptans are split among a generic and half-a-dozen roughly equivalent branded drugs, some of which are also now nearing the end of their patent life and so are no longer detailed much.

AGN's prominence might help MAPP some.
