I can only assume that your price target of .008 is based on the support level going back to 2008 and ignoring the support levels since that time.

In order for us to reach your "buy" level we must break numerous support levels and channels. And we must do this in 4 months unless you are also predicting that in four months there will be another delay.
I have been in the market long enough to know that anything is possible but I must say that you are betting on the wrong horse, imo.
