How are ya? Just wondering if you had some time for a few question.

1) What is the status of the Colorado filing due by October 31st?

2) If filed on time to remain current, any chance of a reverse split to raise the pps of ENTI to get us out of the toilet aka zero bid? I know you said you wouldn't but seems like the only option now man.

3 things will happen. It will get us out of Zero bid, it will raise the Pps and will lower the share structure.. We might lose some value but it will give us value...
