There is absolutely no evidence to suggest that there is a NSS problem with this equity.
To the contrary, all the evidence including the fails to deliver, regsho, and the bi-weekly clearly show not only is there no NSS but short interest is basically nil.
I know there are those who will claim "legacy shorts", before the 2008 regulations but ask yourself this...
Do you actually think someone shorted 4 years ago, carried the position through all the ups and downs and did not cover at .01? Lol.
Anyone who claims that something other than the actions/inactions of the company and its officers are responsible for the pps being where it is at probably does not have your best interest in mind. It's a penny stock. 99% of them will fail, often with insiders walking away as millionaires and the common shareholder losing his entire investment. There is no substitute for your own dd.
