I disagree, we all know there is naked short selling however we don't know it's happening to any large scale in SRSR or every one of the thousands of public companies.
Assuming Scott spins ST we'll see as we won't have any JV news clouding up the record.
We'll all be better off with hundreds of millions short here when ST spins and I for one will be tickled to be wrong don't expect that to be the case.
