Thanks for your honest response. I assumed the CXO guys were "in" power at that time, and that is irrelevant. To me it makes a huge difference who actually filed with the SEC. If Dick did, then I have a major problem with tovc trying to void the contract. If CXO did, then you are all accusing them of Major fraud. I know Dread did not explicitly want to use the word fraud, but in reality, that's what Dread accused them of (and all of you cheerleaders). This is something that should be very easy to ascertain, no lawsuit needed to bring the real truth out on this. I do not know the truth. All I know is the CXO website says Dick filed it with the SEC. Major problem for me is: Why after over one year is this contract in dispute? Who the heck was(is) watching the shop? Why did Dick Sullivan issue the obscene amount of warrents if this contract was never "agreed upon"? What the heck was Siconolfi, Dobbs, Dan and the rest of the BofD thinking when they were issued.? Extreme incompetance. Can anybody answer this? This contract problem should have been caught and rectified many many many months ago prior to issuing the GD warrants. Zendo, have you asked this direct question? I know you are now fully satisfied with JG's honest conversation with you. But, after time elapses, I am sure you will think about the actual responses given and scratch your head. I know cuz I did. His statements are circular in nature and he believes he is smarter than everyone. However he forgets his one statement leads to another question and he fights hard to get out of his entrapment.

Also, Dread, in our meeting, you posted those of us who were present at the meeting. You posted it was JG, KG, Andy G, Dino, myself and DICK SULLIVAN. Maybe he was supposed to be present, but he was NOT and you never corrected this misstatement. I think this was meant to lend credence to this meeting by missleading this board that the Corp General Counsel was present. i do have a real problem now with your credibilty because of this "oversight".
