I slept on that one. . .and do believe that you are correct with your statement (at least, that's what I've heard in the past about the 40-day thing). Anyway, I still don't know how this Koffman thing works out (buying and selling shares) with IPOs. Does anyone have verification that they actually have an account with Koffman? Please advise.
