Yes, that’s part of the reason for NVS’ unduly low Lovenox sales, but pricing pressure and lower market share would have caused a significant decline even without a “shelving” adjustment. By way of comparison, SNY’s sales of branded Lovenox declined by 37% (€87M to €55M) from 2Q12 to 3Q12.
