This quarter sales may turn out to be abnormally low since sandoz probably had to provide shelf stock adjustments for product in cutomers inventory when the price was lowered. Since this launch was so unexpected thay probably did not have any reserves for this.

whenever someone agrees to lower the price they also give a credit to all remaining purchases still in inventory.
