Agreed. Those ranges are excellent starting points for talks about a settlement,... IF that is the route that we were to end up going.

Not that I actually expect a settlement unless it is just too sweet to ignore.

Assuming a settlement or jury award of even 'only' ~$200 MM we would all net at least a sizable piece of a dollar/share.

It would also give us a decent expectation for a starting point for a sale price. Assuming $200 MM royalty value over the course of ~4 years of infringement,... for about $50 MM/ year expected value for a purchaser of that patent until it expires,...

We would all do well,...

March isn't that far away,... but our payday could be quite a bit closer than that.
