Calypso's damages expert basically said: Calypso suffered $186 to $372 million in damages from lost royalties (depending on the royalty percentage used) from Jun 07 to Nov 11. (based on information not provided by Tmob)
Interesting to see someone tie some numbers to it.
Apparently there is quite a bit of discussion on what information is to be considered confidential, eyes only etc between Tmob and Calypso. Stay Tuned.
