Again,

why is it only traders who can see the "shorting"? If there was such shorting going you would think the regulators would stop it, right?

Right....so for the past ten or more years that people have been screaming NSS in the OTC yet the only thing that happens is the company in questions is the one who is charged with fraud...make sense?
