to 'onemaninnj' - NAGP has obvioyusly chosen to concentrate on Montana for its present day project and as you saw in the news they are producing oil. There is nothing wrong with them re-applying for whatever they need in Alaska when gas prices go back up and they decide to go back into their CBM project. Why can you not accept the change they decided on so long as they disclose those changes when they need to?
Again, when circumstances change, a company is covered by the disclaimers it includes at the bottom of news release and on its web site, etc., and from there, its obligation is simply to disclose the changes in its filings, etc. at the appropriate time.
