If he wants to merge with a NASDAQ Co. or get taken over by one a R/S would have to happen Because lets say a $2.00 NASDAQ Co. the S/H would not stand for equal swap of shares. And if Hilal wanted top go to NASDAQ on his own The stock would have to be trading at $4.00 Youi do the math and tell us what the R/S would be!!!
