My bet was they would defer the loan for them and keep the jobs here. But allowing another domestic predator to take our technology without a stock deal/merger surely won't fly through the courts. Especially in lieu of the Chinese offer which was far better; I just have a small amount of this and I see almost no hope to be honest unless they rework some kind of deal.
