For example SRGE just bought a property with 320 million$ worth of confirmed gold for 3 million$ lets keep the numbers easy. So every million of Gold/silver whatever is worth 100x less because it is under ground. Now that property is not as accessible as say Cinco which would bring down the price, so let's use a valuation of 75x less as SRGE worth. Let's say SRGE has 5 billion of confirmed resources underground across their 6 mines:

= approx. 66 million$$ so call it

70 million$$ purchase price SRGE

Or

Approx. 0.13 buy out price.

I feel I'm low balling as well but just to put it into perspective from a SIMPLE point of view. Easy way to decide if SRGE is a good investment from current levels.
