Charges are brought against people everyday and that does not make them guilty. The only ones that know the evidence were there in the court room and later the court that reviewed the case and dismissed all charges. The records that show the charges wouldn't show a dismissal that happened at a later date in potentially another state's federal court. GL $ECDC
