Land and buildings were bought at that price from Harold and Helene McCray.
The selling price for each tract of land was $1.5M each.

The McCrays had an ordnance company there too and Harold McCray is listed as a manager of some sort.

I believe their company that operated from the same address was Lance Ordnance prior to the land being sold. Lance Ordnance is on file at the Fla. Secretary of State site.

There is another tract of land that uses the same address that the "widow" Helene McCray still lives on. That info. including the selling price and when and the late payments for property taxes and who paid them is all on-line in the county tax records. Helene apparently gets reduced property taxes for being a widow because it states on the county records that she is a widow for the tract still in her name. That doesn't seem to stop BLVT from claiming that Harold still works there or maybe the BLVT site info. is just old.

This is a do nothing "company" that bleeds money, investors money.
Millions of dollars every year since the beginning and when BTOS gets a profitable government contract, BLVT decides it time to sell it. Come on, really. This is a scam and eventually will be at .0001
