I didn't address the issue of share totals as you didn't bring it up. I was addressing the issues of your posts... which did not mention share quantity. You switch to meet your bitter need.

And shareholders were not inappropriately left out of the process. Florida law allows for the majority voters to make decisions without needing to notify shareholders of their right to vote. Because they don't have a need to vote, as majority decision wins.

The stock is not in trouble. It is just a stock. The company was in trouble. They seemed to have solved most of their troubles.
