Looks like obvious scare tactics. If they have been following this technology(which I'm sure they have) , there have been absolutely no instances of burns or shocks. If the FDA is worried about that, they should approach it in the same manner as they do drugs; approve it and if there are complications in the future, the injured party can just hire a law firm and sue them. Sure a mild burn or shock is much less damaging than a heart attack or kindey failure (which are side effects of some approved drugs). Makes no sense.
