Thanks for the compliment, I think, Ill. I find your due diligence and points quite thorough and valid at times, when you want to offer those kind of fundamental points up anyway.

And as such, what is your opinion of EB-5 being used to settle debts and what will happen otherwise regarding the share conversions outlined in the filings? We both know you can and do understand these matters. If you dont want to say, fine, but please dont heap on to the mass of uninformed statements regarding dilution and conversions and such already - Or else I might lose respect... J/K...
