In the 18 years you have been involved owning IDCC have the fundamentals ever been better? Have we ever had court fidings of valid patents? Have you ever seen them sell patents before for the kind of money they just got from Intel? Have we ever collected on lap tops and other wireless devices before? Have we collected on M2M before. Have we ever had as much owed to us for 3G that we have now and be this close to getting paid or sanctions against Nokia? Is LTE 4G not here and in use now and IDCC has a strong recognized position in this technology.

Other than getting the shaft by Barclays I feel like IDCC is better positioned to finally achieve their goal or get bought out. Not only do I think IDCC is a good investment now so does 65% fund ownership.
