This guy, Mr. Staloff resigned yesterday from the BOD of DEER as chairman of the audit committee.

"Mr. Staloff started his professional career in 1968 at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Staloff has been credited with the introduction of Options on Foreign Currencies and the precursor to Spydrs. His skills include financial analysis and accounting expertise."

This guy resigned because the company is being bullied by Nasdaq, although that is my personal interpretation.

This guy... worked for the SEC back in 1968!
What makes Solomon think that he can pull this off?
