The more I think about it, the more I am convinced that a Swedish listing first would be the right solution.

All we need is a couple of Swedish institutions who want to buy the stock.

Let the company mature a bit, let the new board settle in, before uplisting to Amex in one or two years. It will give us a little time to see how America deals with Chinese stocks going forward as well.

And, if we can do it quickly, then that is certainly the preferred option.

There are lots of European companies listed on OTC/BB and Pink with fair valuations.
