Labrador Beverages will be the name of United Spirits, Inc in New Hampshire. The company (Labrador Beverages) was formed August 2, 2012 and, according to the filings, be handling sales and marketing for United Spirits Inc., NY. Richard DeCicco's Signature is on this filing.
Of more interest is that the Registerd Agent is Paul Davis. After doing some digging on him, I discovered that he was the ex-President and owner of a company called Maison Jomere LTD, in NH. He closed the company recently to go into semi-retirement. Here is a link showing the address (same as current Labrador Beverages) and his title:
They were wholesale importers of wines and spirits from France, Italy, Spain and England.
It seems as though Paul Davis has come out of semi-retirement to help Richard DeCicco build and market products from abroad under United Spirits Inc, using the name Labrador Beverages in NH. I don't know much about retirement, but I am guessing it must be lucrative for a man to be pulled back out of retirement to help establish a company with new products. This is what I am talking about when I say Richard has the contacts and the network in place.
