Nope. I had just got back to Incheon from hiking around Jejun Island and some friends lied to me saying Bupyeong was only a few minutes away. They gave instructions to the cab driver and promised him $50 if he could get me there quick. The cab driver looked Mongolian and had a big Foo Man Chu mustache.
