Again, I don't think so. I believe he is the attorney representing an "unidentified group". Hazeltine obviously was the front man.
You know, there are certain individuals who are not allowed to either head a penny stock company, or be involved with them in any way.
I would say this research should be right up your alley. Discover the names of the unnamed.
