your idea of a jury is cartoonish or one dimensional at best. i served on a jury and completely resent your ideal of a juror as uneducated and angry. in addition, uneducated does NOT necessarily mean stupid. who would you have? a doctor? a lawyer? what would THEY know about a patent case about seamless switching? Surely they would be as at sea as most any reasonable prudent man selected from the general population.
