I agree the depth looks odd between the two pics. for sure.

Why is there foliage in the hols on the wall in the video and none in the SGRE pic? Are those holes blast holes? I don't know what the holes are, but why would the foliage be there and then not be? Like if the video is old, then why is the foliage gone in the SRGE pic? Did somebody de-weed it?

As far as the video, we don't know what the date is, dude should have confirmed that with a news paper.
