A lot of the Members here just do not understand how all this stuff works. The M M s are NOT in any trouble and they never were. They merely do their job every day like we all try to do. Most of them do not even know what KATX is or does. There won't be any Record Date of December 21, 2011. And even if there was - those who had KATX in their account at that time would get the spin-off regardless of who they bought all their shares from. It will be KATX who gives out the BVIG shares and NOT the market player or MM who sold to the ' qualifier '. You're on -- you get. PERIOD. And you GET from KATX. But in my opinion it ain't goin' to happen anyhow.
