The time period is NOT NOW!!!!!!!!!!

The time period was the 3-4 months before Dec21 2011. Any short not covered during that period are in BIG trouble. They must FIND - BUY and DELIVER BVIG shares to those they sold Naked too!!!!

With BVIG's limited float that is BIG BIG Trouble!!!!!!!!!
