Not gonna argue every up tick or down tick with you. They just had a significant spike on significant news. One opinion felt Noble was worth paying 88 million bucks for a partial interest in the company. Another opinion questionably worth the cost of an IHUB membership doesn't see it that way. Gee, that's a tough choice to pick which one is valuable and which one is just noise.
