as a customer years ago, but...
if you have a 27 percent savings proven then you can
(many times) , bypass the wait on the budget and sell it as a savings as they are loosing money by waiting, you just need to get to the right person,normally a division Comptroller
the trick in these big companies is that if you try and get it approved now versus waiting like you were told to then you can piss off the person you're working with as he might start thinking that you bypassed him (or her) so in moving forward you have to be carefull,
sometimes waiting is best, but in cost savings mode, you don't always have to. In sales grab them while ou canand lock them up before someone comes in out of nowhere and steals it... Just saying...
