Talked to Ray today B-I-G DD:
Ray had several really good things to say today about the company. First off the VFIN and VNDM he assures me is NOT note conversion and any other dilution by the company. When the company issued the last PR for no dilution for 6 months, they are sticking to their word. Secondly, Pepsi loved the product that GDGI had to represent. It reduced their energy consumption by 27%. The downfall with big companies is that they have to work this into their next yearly budget. So this may take up to an additional year to complete this deal with PEPSI. Third thing, Amazon sells home units that any typical joe can buy for their home. These products have a few bad reviews, but 15 bad reviews should not excuse that they have sold over 16,000 home units in the last couple of years. Some people do not see the warning that the product does not work on hard water areas. So that is why the company has focused more on commerical projects in the last year. Fourth thing: The big form-Ts he said going through could be some people that he knows that have millions of shares getting impatient and selling whatever they have left. SO IT IS NOT DILUTION OR NOTE CONVERSION. LASTLY BIG NEWS: The EOM newsletter/financials that are suppose to come out, may not come out as planned. The company has TWO deals they are working on and trying to complete ASAP before they release any news. They want to include these new deals with the next PR. These are record setting deals financial deals in the works he said. BUT he will not PR on these until he has confirmed receipts or PO orders from the company, not relying on just their word.
OVERALL RAY sounds like he knows everything about this company and is making sure they stick to their word about NO DILUTION FOR 6 MONTHS.
