yes, but it looks like a sell. Each time 999,999 buys at 2, roughly the same amount gets transferred after the close. I'm still trying to figure out how you add shares by buying but maybe it's a way of equalizing the 9% discount. For example, buy 82M and then receive 100M in addition at the close.
