IMO, the market has already absorbed them or they were part of the debt reduction the company has already stated they have worked out or working on.

Again, new management took this over this year. That was under old management and probably part of the reduction we have seen and or are already in the market from so long ago.

TA is open. Last noted float was 740M per the filings and company.

That would also explain why company was at no bid for so long and was being diluted under old management
