The ask shows 57,876,400 @ $0.0003.

The only thing I can think is that many of those $0.00003's are really priced out to the fifth digit $0.00035, and that if you placed an order at $0.0004 your fill would show at $0.0003.

When there were $0.0001 trades, people reported those as $0.00015 (fake 1's).

Good luck, because I really don't have a better explanation.
