Not exactly true. Now on the greys there will be far less interest in the stock. The company may face struggles in future endeavors that require selling stock for capital or acquisitions that require stock due to the liquidity issues that will arise on the greys.
Don’t try saying MIKP wasn’t diluting recently, that’s not what I’m saying either. Fact is companies go public SO they can use stock for mergers and to generate operating & growth capital.
Did anyone read the blog where Mark stated he will have to reverse-split the stock again soon??? If this happens it will be another huge hit to the “longs”
