LOL, that makes no sense. Prior to the split and post split, the Lemon crew could agree to any buyout off they want, regardless of how it impacts the common shareholder.
Just post split, the Lemon crew get 80%+ of buyout proceeds.
But I don't think that is a worry, as no one wants a money losing company that sell defective products, run by a defective wanna be ceo.
How do you know they are defective besides Lies that we're spread from the POS Bogden with his Slander and Defamation crusade ? so it makes more sense now that TractorCo would of been a more valuable company to buyout than TYTAN i guess ? ...LOL what a joke !!! now Mitch is trying to get money by making a complaint, he's a TOTAL FRAUD, remember YTO & WHM is still in the pic
