I agree 100% with your thoughts. Those reports are all in the hands of SRGE as it matters not who paid to have them done. Those reports are public reports for all to review and make rational decisions based upon them. SRGE is doing just that.

Knowing that it was that Behre Dolbear Report that recommended increasing the capacity of the Cinco Minas to 500 tons per day (tpd) went over my head too as I was not aware of that either although it was right in my face. I think I was just rushing and skimming through DD again. Thanks again.
