Before 6.5 billion were previously authorized it was millions and then it was quietly raised to 6.5 billion. Share authorization is easily accomplished and often done repeatedly...as long as share sales would support it. Which obviously due to zero sales of shares here often daily, that is not currently possible with this PINK.
