The market cap here isn't even 1 million. WTAF has a market cap of over $45,000,000 (assuming a PPS of $1.00) and their Interim Financial Report for the 3 month period ending March 31, 2005 shows zero revenue.

WTAF looks to me like they're trying to attract investors...IDVL isn't even answering the phone (reminds me of CYOS around this time last year when it was under .002). With the volume IDVL has been trading of late it wouldn't suprise me if there's something of a liquidity crunch. How many times can the entire float here keep turning over on no news?

If you want to taste the fruit, you have to go out on a limb. But if you wait for the herd to move out on the limb....the branch tends to snap.
