led, in the whole scheme of things, it does not matter too much to me since the shares I am holding of IDVL are free from the earlier runs. In hindsight, I should have sold them all in the .002's and could have bought back at the lower levels, but at the time, it was looking like IDVL may be on the verge of a monster run, so I sold most for a very nice profit and held some just in case.

Personally, I still do not see a reason for a r/s, so my assumption is the guy was just trying to scare up some shares. Heck, these days, you usually need to sll at least a couple billion into the market prior to doing the r/s and at last count, we were not even past 500,000,000.
