Fairhills Capital (aka eLionheart) is a financier being sued by the SEC for a scheme to have approximately 100 OTC companies sell them below-market shares using an improperly-applied Rule 504 exemption from registration afterwhich they illegally dumped the shares on the public market almost immediately.
