Since Solucorp is already on the grey sheets they have no use for preferred shares of another grey sheet stock, ie GTGP....I would expect Solucorp to cancel the GTGP deal and Solucorp will find a cleaner stock to do a deal with and start the cycle all over.....rinse and repeat... imho.
